Technical Account/ Project Manager – Job Description

About the Role

The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role in Tel Aviv. You will own the delivery of complex financial software projects, ensuring they meet strict timelines, scope, and business requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Own the project lifecycle: define scope, timelines, and key milestones
• Coordinate seamlessly between R&D, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and project blockers
• Track progress via Jira and provide clear status reporting to all stakeholders
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project/Program Management experience in software or fintech
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end SDLC in Agile/hybrid environments
• Strong technical aptitude to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage parallel workstreams
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Background in capital markets, trading systems, banking, or complex financial domains
