We are looking for a Community & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team.

This is an independent, hands-on and impactful role, working closely with the Territory Manager and the headquarters team.

The role combines customer experience, community building, and cross-functional collaboration, with the goal of creating meaningful experiences for families.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a local community for clients, including events, meetups, and ongoing engagement activities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (service, sales, operations, and external partners)
Measure, analyze, and improve service performance, including KPI tracking and identifying customer needs
Lead and manage local community events and gatherings
Implement processes and tools to improve the customer journey (including CRM and engagement tools)
Represent Tammuz locally and support the growth of our surrogacy activities in Israel, in line with global strategy

Qualifications

Relevant academic degree (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, or similar)
2–4 years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience in community management, customer experience, or client-facing roles – an advantage
Experience in digital services or content delivery – an advantage
Highly independent with strong execution capabilities, organization skills, and ability to prioritize
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of Hebrew and English
