This is a full-time on-site role for a DPO (Data Protection Officer) and Information Security Consultant based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves providing guidance on data protection policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing information security frameworks, and conducting risk assessments. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing security strategies, advising on cyber security practices, and collaborating with clients to enhance their governance and compliance capabilities.
- Strong expertise in risk assessment, governance frameworks, and compliance with international regulations such as GDPR and ISO standards.
- Experience in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments, including infrastructure, web applications, and IoT systems.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing information security policies and procedures, risk management methodologies, and cyber security strategies.
- Excellent skills in cyber intelligence, incident response, and monitoring cyber events.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Experience with industries such as banking, finance, or high-tech is a plus.
