CISO & SOC Operations Lead

About the Role: EDP Group is looking for an experienced, strategic, and business-oriented CISO to lead our information security strategy and drive value for our customers.

As an Integration Company, our security domain is highly dynamic. In this role, you will not only manage our internal organizational security and compliance but also act as a trusted advisor, delivering CISO as a Service to our enterprise clients.

Additionally, we operate a joint SIEM-SOC unit in collaboration with a leading cyber security partner. We are looking for a CISO who brings a strong technical background in SOC environments—someone who "speaks the language," understands incident investigation, and can successfully manage our side of this strategic partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Governance: Define and lead the organizational cyber security strategy, establish security policies, and build the annual information security work plan.
• CISO as a Service: Provide expert security consultancy to our clients, including risk assessments, asset mapping, and building customized DR/BCP plans.
• SOC Partnership Management: Oversee our technical and operational interests within the joint SIEM-SOC unit; collaborate on high-level incident investigations (Tier 2/3) and threat hunting trends.
• Compliance & Regulations: Lead ISO 27001 processes from end-to-end (audits, certifications), ensure regulatory compliance, and fulfill DPO/privacy responsibilities.
• Incident Response (IR): Lead organizational response to cyber incidents—from identification and containment to mitigation and post-incident lessons learned.
• Security Architecture & Awareness: Evaluate new technologies against risk levels; manage security products (Firewalls, EDR, WAF, CATO); and drive employee user awareness and phishing simulations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity – Must.
• Proven experience as an organizational CISO or Information Security Manager – Must.
• CISO Certification (or equivalent senior certifications like CISSP/CISM) – Must.
• Strong hands-on background or deep technical familiarity with SOC environments and SIEM systems (Tier 2/3 investigation, log analysis) – Must.
• Strong customer-facing experience and excellent business-to-technical translation skills.
• Deep understanding of IT & Cloud architectures, network security, and GRC frameworks.
