We are hiring an AI BRM for a healthcare organization located in the central region.
Responsibilities:
- Work with divisional AI initiatives and projects
- Coordinate and lead AI-related activities
- Build a broad organizational view of processes and projects
- Identify blockers and bottlenecks
- Promote Governance processes and work methodologies while collaborating with senior management, development teams, and BRM teams in an advanced technological environment
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in roles involving process improvement and definition in large and complex organizations
- Experience working in a matrix environment and leading interfaces with senior management
- Technological understanding in AI domains, including tools, methodologies, and business use cases
- Experience leading Governance and standardization processes
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems / Computer Science
