IT Risk Management Specialist
Location: Central Israel | Hybrid | Full-time
About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join the IT Risk & Regulation unit of a leading financial organization, in a strategic role combining risk management, regulation, and technology.
The role includes partnering closely with technology divisions, conducting risk assessments for new systems and products, identifying gaps and controls, supporting implementation of technology regulations, and presenting risk insights to senior management.
This position offers broad exposure to enterprise technology environments, regulatory processes, governance frameworks, and cross-organizational collaboration in a complex and dynamic environment.
Requirements
· Experience in Risk Management / Internal Controls / Regulation
· Strong technology orientation and understanding of IT platforms and systems
· Ability to analyze processes, identify risks, and think critically
· Familiarity with technology regulation and governance frameworks
· Experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior management
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· High level of English
Nice to Have
· Background in Accounting / Audit / Risk Advisory
· Big 4 alumni – significant advantage
· Experience in financial or regulated organizations
· Familiarity with privacy and information security domains
· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
