Dell Technologies Cyber Engineering Group is currently looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to fill the position in the Crypto-Tools Team. The program will be focused on the development of unified security solutions that will be integrated across Dell Products.

What you’ll achieve



As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and scaling modern software systems and infrastructure that support our customers’ business needs. You’ll collaborate closely with development and product teams, driving technical excellence, implementing modern DevOps practices, and mentoring junior team members within an Agile environment.

You will:

• Lead the design, architecture, and maintenance of complex, scalable software and infrastructure systems.

• Drive CI/CD pipelines expansion and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) automation processes to optimize delivery speed and quality.

• Collaborate as a core technical authority within an Agile team, owning features from inception through automated testing to production deployment.

• Establish and enforce best practices through rigorous code reviews, architectural discussions, and modern development tooling.

• Oversee and optimize the full software development life cycle, ensuring high availability, robustness, and continuous improvement of systems.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in DevOps engineering or software development, with a track record of managing production-grade infrastructure.

• Strong hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C, or C++, and proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Deep practical expertise with modern DevOps tools and concepts, including advanced CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Version Control (Git).

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience troubleshooting complex cloud/hybrid infrastructure issues.

• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, adapt quickly to cutting-edge technologies, and guide others through technological changes.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Familiarity with security domains such as identity and access management (IAM), network security, data protection, or cryptography.
