AI & ML Platform Engineer

We are establishing a new AI & Machine Learning engineering activity and are looking for a strong, hands-on engineer to help design, build, and scale production-grade ML systems.

This is a unique opportunity to shape an AI platform end-to-end — from data pipelines to model deployment in production — in a high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do

You will take full ownership of ML and data workflows, including:

• Designing and building end-to-end ML and ETL pipelines (data extraction, processing, training, validation, and deployment)

• Taking models from research into production-grade systems

• Leading deployment processes, including containerization with Docker and production environment setup

• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows (GitOps) in close collaboration with DevOps teams

• Supporting development of pricing and risk models, including supervised and unsupervised learning approaches

• Working on segmentation, behavioral pricing models, and scoring/ranking systems

• Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of ML systems in production environments

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in ML systems in production environments

• Strong experience building and operating ML pipelines on AWS

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD workflows

• Strong Python skills and production-level ML engineering experience
