About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-facing Junior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone technical, proactive, and eager to work directly with customers in a fast-paced startup environment.

As a Junior SE, you will take an active part in the implementation and onboarding processes for both new and potential customers, working closely with internal teams to help deliver successful customer experiences. You will support solution design, technical onboarding, and customer-facing activities while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Your work with customer data and real-world use cases will directly contribute to improving our product and shaping our roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Take an active part in customer onboarding and implementation processes together with the Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Work directly with customers and prospects to understand business needs and technical requirements
• Help build and configure solutions using customer data and platform capabilities
• Support technical discussions, product demos, onboarding sessions, and solution workshops
• Assist in troubleshooting technical and business issues during onboarding and implementation
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and identify product gaps
• Contribute to improving onboarding methodologies, implementation flows, and best practices
• Support ongoing customer success initiatives from a technical and business perspective
• Participate in shaping future product capabilities based on customer needs and use cases

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, or solutions-oriented role
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to investigate data, build queries, and generate actionable insights independently
• Technical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment and perform well under pressure
• Strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs, integrations, or SaaS products
• Familiarity with analytics, AI, or data platforms
• Experience working with enterprise customers
