Algorithm / Signal Processing & AI Engineer

We’re hiring an Algorithm Researcher / Signal Processing & AI Engineer for a highly impactful role in advanced defense-tech.

The role involves developing advanced algorithms for sensing and tracking systems, working with real-world sensor data, and contributing to technologies with meaningful national impact.

What You’ll Do

• Research, develop, and improve algorithms in the fields of signal processing, sensing, and tracking
• Work with advanced sensor data and complex real-world environments
• Develop and implement algorithms for Target Tracking, Detection, Estimation, and Decision-Making
• Translate mathematical and statistical models into practical algorithmic solutions
• Analyze large-scale, noisy, and unstructured data
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including system engineers, AI/data experts, researchers, and embedded/software teams
• Support the full algorithm lifecycle — from research and simulation to implementation, validation, and optimization

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in algorithm research and development in sensing, radar, or signal processing domains
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Deep understanding of signal processing for electronic systems and sensing platforms
• Strong knowledge of:
• Advanced signal processing
• FFT, Doppler, CFAR
• Detection & Estimation Theory
• Target Tracking
• Sensor Fusion
• Experience working with non-structured, noisy, or real-world data
• Strong Python and/or MATLAB skills for algorithm development
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and statistical capabilities

Big Advantage

• Background in radar systems, physics, or electrical engineering
• Experience with Target Tracking and Sensor Fusion
• Familiarity with systems such as RCS, Clutter Modeling, or advanced sensing environments
• Experience working with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems
• Exposure to AI / ML methods for sensing and signal intelligence
