Delivery Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Project Manager to lead and own customer implementation projects from the final sales handoff through to full production success.

In this role, you will orchestrate complex hardware and software deployments across multiple global customers while maintaining hands-on technical oversight of field execution.

You will act as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams, blending project management discipline with deep technical field delivery knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer projects (kickoff, milestones, go-live, and transition to steady-state). Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risks, and action items. Maintain a portfolio view of 4–6 active projects simultaneously.

Maintain a deep technical understanding of deployment realities: Linux edge computers, industrial cameras, and rack installations. Oversee 3rd-party contractors, validate network configurations (IP, RJ45, switches), and ensure high-quality system validation.

Identify and mitigate project risks, coordinate resolutions for escalated site issues, and optimize deployment standards and documentation.

Requirements

Experience & Skills (3+ years):

Technical Delivery: Proven experience managing hardware/software implementations (IoT, Logistics tech, or Computer Vision preferred).

Comfort with Linux systems, networking (IP configuration, connectivity), and physical hardware installations.

Background in leading implementation projects for external customers (B2B/Enterprise).

A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure.

Comfort working within industrial environments (warehouses, distribution centers, etc.) and following safety protocols.

Fluent English (written and verbal) for global deployments.

Preferred Advantages:

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Experience with deployment logistics, site readiness, or hardware procurement.

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Additional languages (Spanish is a significant plus).
