Financial Global Controller

We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller who wants real ownership inside a fast-moving global tech environment.

This is not a classic “keep the books closed” finance role.

You’ll own core financial operations end-to-end, work closely with global finance teams across a publicly traded group, and play a key role in scaling financial processes inside a growing travel-tech company.

The right person for this role is analytical, business-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where things move fast and expectations stay high.

What you’ll actually own:

- Full ownership over the company’s revenue cycle and reconciliation processes

- Revenue recognition and transaction-level profitability analysis

- Reconciliation and analysis of payment providers and processing fees

- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes

- Financial operations for Israeli subsidiaries

- US GAAP and internal compliance requirements

- SOX-related processes and controls

- Identifying process gaps and improving financial workflows and scalability

- Cross-functional work with business, operations, and global finance stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

- CPA from a Big 4 firm

- 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles within tech companies

- Strong understanding of US GAAP and revenue recognition

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- High level of ownership and ability to independently drive processes

- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail

- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and global teams

- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience with ERP systems (Priority is a plus)

- Fluent English and Hebrew

Strong advantage:

- Experience in publicly traded / NASDAQ-listed companies

- SOX compliance experience

- Background in B2C, payments, fintech, marketplaces, or transaction-heavy environments
