One of our clients, a growing startup in the digital media and technology industry, is looking to hire a Marketing Analyst. The company develops a consumer-facing content platform that combines technology, data analysis, and personalized user experiences. The team works in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation, growth, and data-driven decision making.
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming marketing and business data into actionable insights. You will support reporting processes, build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and help optimize marketing activities across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports
- Analyze marketing campaign and funnel performance
- Identify growth opportunities and business insights
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven analysis
- Present findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with digital marketing data platforms including Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and performance analysis
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Advantages:
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with consumer digital products or mobile applications
