Patent Attorney

We're rebuilding the patent industry for the AI era — and we're hiring a USPTO-registered patent attorney or patent agent (2–4 years experience) who wants to help shape it from the inside.

We replace the slow, opaque, lawyer-driven patent process with intelligent software that turns IP from a legal afterthought into strategic capital. What you'll do Work directly with the founders and engineering team to define how AI drafts patents. You'll prepare and file patent applications with the USPTO, review and refine AI-generated drafts, respond to office actions, guide inventors through prosecution, and design the standards that make our drafts filing-ready. Your work won't sit in a docket — it will train the platform itself.

This is not a law firm seat. You won't bill hours. You'll build the system that replaces them.

Requirements

• USPTO Patent Bar admission — registered and active, able to prepare, file, and prosecute applications before the USPTO (attorney or agent)
• 2–4 years of patent prosecution experience (firm or in-house)
• Hands-on experience drafting and filing US patent applications end-to-end
• Technically curious — comfortable reading engineering specs, AI/ML architectures, or systems-level R&D

You probably are

• Frustrated by how slowly the patent world moves and convinced AI is going to change it
• Willing to be wrong, ship fast, and rebuild things that didn't work
• Excited by the idea that your judgment becomes a product, not just a deliverable

Bonus

• Technical degree in software, electrical, computer engineering, or AI/ML
• In-house experience at a tech company
• Filed for AI/software-heavy clients
• Opinions about what's broken in patent drafting today

Location NYC or Tel Aviv. Hybrid. We meet in person regularly because early-stage work compounds when people are in the same room.
