This is a full-time Hardware Manager role based on-site in Nes Ziona. The Hardware Manager will oversee the design, development, and testing of hardware systems for motion and power solutions. Key responsibilities include managing hardware projects end-to-end, leading a hardware engineering team, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and collaborating with R&D teams for system integration. The manager will also provide technical guidance and ensure all hardware designs meet customer requirements and performance expectations.

• Proficiency in hardware design, system integration, and electronics engineering
• Experience in the development and testing of embedded systems
• Strong ability to manage and lead engineering teams with technical oversight
• Knowledge of motion systems, power systems, and advanced testing methodologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in the fluid control or automation industry is a plus
