Commercial Real Estate Marketing Manager

A significant role at the core of the company’s business activity, leading the marketing and leasing of office assets across Central Israel and the Shfela region, creating new business opportunities, managing ongoing relationships with tenants, brokers, and key market players, and driving transactions end-to-end

• Lead the marketing and leasing of existing office assets and new projects
• Proactively identify potential tenants and build a high-quality business pipeline
• Maintain ongoing relationships with brokers, real estate consultants, and strategic clients
• Manage leasing processes end-to-end: from lead generation and tours, through solution development and negotiations, to contract execution
• Analyze client needs and tailor commercial and space solutions in collaboration with the company’s planning and execution teams
• Initiate and lead marketing activities, business development initiatives, and broker events to increase exposure and generate demand
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, planning, and operations teams
• Track, manage, and report on leads, opportunities, and deal status using CRM systems

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing/leasing
• Proven experience managing commercial negotiations and leading complex transactions
• Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage

• Strong business and sales orientation
• Highly proactive with a hands-on approach and the ability to independently generate opportunities
• High digital literacy with strong experience in LinkedIn sales and other digital platforms, including the ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and drive conversions through online channels.

• Ability to lead processes and collaborate across multiple interfaces
• Commercial mindset, sharp thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
