Backend tech lead

A well-funded FinTech company based in Ramat HaSharon is looking for a Hands-on Tech Lead to spearhead their core engineering efforts.

This role is ideal for a brilliant backend developer who thrives on building complex systems from the ground up, enjoys architectural ownership, and wants to lead a tight-knit, high-performing team.

• Architect & Execute: Take complete ownership of system architecture, designing robust backend infrastructure and sophisticated data pipelines.
• Lead by Example: Mentor and guide a talented engineering team while remaining highly hands-on with production code.
• Drive AI Innovation: Implement and scale intelligent automation capabilities, advanced data workflows, and LLM integrations.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner directly with executive leadership and product stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap.

• Backend Mastery: Deep expertise in backend development (Python is a major plus).
• System Design Expert: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end distributed systems and handling complex data architectures.
