Role Description
As the Team Lead, Media Buying at Traffic Icons, you will lead the establishment and growth of the company’s media buying team and performance operations across multiple channels and verticals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Herzliya, reporting directly to C-level management.
You will recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing media buying team while overseeing campaign planning, execution, optimization, and scaling. This is a hands-on role requiring direct media buying experience and daily involvement in campaign management and performance optimization.
You will manage campaigns across multiple verticals, including eCommerce, lead generation, mobile apps, fintech, gaming, and utilities.
The ideal candidate must be highly experienced with all things META, including scaling strategies, creative testing, audience building, attribution, tracking, and performance analysis. You should be both analytical and creative, with a strong performance-oriented mindset focused on ROI, scalability, and measurable growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of performance-based media buying experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on campaign management across major advertising platforms.
- Must have strong hands-on experience with META, including campaign setup, scaling, creative testing, audience building, attribution, and performance optimization (additional channels are a plus).
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing is a must.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs, tracking, attribution, analytics, and ROI-driven campaign management.
- Experience working across multiple verticals such as eCommerce, lead generation, mobile apps, fintech, gaming, or utilities is highly preferred.
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative strategy and testing methodologies.
Experience recruiting, mentoring, or managing media buyers and building operational workflows is
a strong advantage.
- High level of English - both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
