Head of Growth Marketing (Maternity Cover with Extension Option)

Wiv.ai is building the next generation of FinOps automation, helping cloud teams turn insights into real-time action using AI agents.

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive pipeline generation and revenue impact. This person must step into a broader marketing leadership role for approximately 6 months to cover core marketing activities during a maternity leave; with a genuine intent/option to transition into a permanent role as we expand.

Primary Focus: Demand Gen & Pipeline Growth

• Build and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns.
• Drive pipeline via LinkedIn, email, webinars, retargeting, ABM, and field marketing.
• Optimize full-funnel conversion (lead to opportunity).
• Own campaign reporting, attribution, and performance analysis.
• Partner with sales on lead quality and GTM alignment.
• Manage nurture and outbound flows in HubSpot.

Secondary Responsibility: Maternity Leave Coverage

• Event and webinar execution.
• Product, messaging, content, and social coordination.
• Agency, vendor, and marketing ops management.
• Cross-functional coordination with leadership, sales, and product.
• No need to be an expert in every discipline, but you must be comfortable keeping broader marketing momentum moving.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing 
• Strong demand generation experience with measurable pipeline ownership 
• Excellent messaging and copywriting skills 
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly 
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment 
• Hands-on experience with: 

LinkedIn campaigns 

HubSpot 

Email marketing and nurture flows 

Webinar and event promotion 

Performance reporting and attribution 

Strong Advantage

• Experience marketing to technical audiences (DevOps, Platform Engineering, CloudOps, FinOps).
• Background in cloud infrastructure or the AWS ecosystem.
• Experience supporting broader marketing functions beyond pure growth.
