Immersa is a Frequency Intelligence company on a mission to change how the human body recovers and performs. We are building hardware-software platforms powered by adaptive sound and vibration technology and design personalized vibroacoustic experiences that support nervous system optimization and enhance human performance in professional and recovery settings.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a contract role that involves ownership of Immersa's content strategy, production, research, and platform roadmap. You'll work directly with the CEO, music producers, therapists, and the engineering team to define how precision sound and vibration content can enhance human recovery and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own content platform roadmap and development
• Design and execute content commissioning framework (artist partnerships, contracts, IP models)
• Develop innovation research for frequency content
• Lead data analysis post-sessions (content-physiological-response)
• Expand content library architecture
• Establish partnerships (universities, hospitals, performance labs)
• Collaborate with engineering on Content CRM implementation and deployment
• Document content architecture, naming conventions, and compositional guidelines for scaling

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Music production or academic musical background
• Project management skills - ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Research orientation - ability to analyze and understand experiments and clinical study
• Strong written communication - write briefs and communicate with creative and technical teams
• Curiosity about the intersection of sound, frequency, vibration, and human physiology
• Full Proficiency in English and the ability to read research-level documents.

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with psychoacoustics, music therapy, or somatic practice
• Understanding of audio architecture and digital signal processing

YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DO

• Build the software or hardware (you collaborate with engineering and hardware teams)
• Handle clinical trials or regulatory work (you partner with clinical researchers)
