We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Implementer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting system implementation, customizing the platform to meet company needs, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our internal teams. You will work closely with development and product management teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Provide hands-on system implementation support according to project milestones, including designing and building screens, fields, and custom workflows.
• Handle ongoing maintenance and system installation to guarantee an optimal platform experience.
• Onboard and train internal company stakeholders on how to effectively utilize the platform.
• Customize and configure the product based on characterization documents (specifications) and internal client requests.
• Collaborate regularly with developers and Product Management teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• At least 2-3 year of experience as a Salesforce Implementer – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, outcome documentation, and designing process flowcharts/workflows.
• Knowledge of writing APEX code – Advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Form Titan – Advantage.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) – Advantage.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field – Advantage.
