About the Role
Lusix Technologies is expanding, and we are looking for an exceptional Material Scientist to join our elite Crystal Growth R&D team.
This is a core R&D position that combines high-level scientific innovation with hands-on process ownership.
Job Description
- Develop novel single-crystal diamond growth processes within a cutting-edge multidisciplinary environment.
- Design, improve, and take hands-on responsibility for advanced tools used in the growth and high-resolution analysis of single-crystal diamonds.
- Lead innovation efforts in a high-intensity, collaborative R&D setting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multidisciplinary material process development – Mandatory.
- Direct experience operating and maintaining CVD or PVD deposition systems – Mandatory.
- Degree in Materials Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Physics, or Chemistry – Mandatory.
- Expertise in Vacuum Technology and high-vacuum systems – Mandatory.
- Proven experience in material characterization and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a self-motivated, ambitious "hard worker" mindset.
