Full Stack Lead 239577

We are looking for a strong Technical Lead (Full Stack) to take end-to-end ownership of our product development and play a key role in shaping our technology and architecture.

This is a hands-on leadership position combining deep technical work with team mentoring, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of the product
• Contribute significantly with hands-on development (~70%)
• Provide professional guidance and mentoring to a junior developer (~30%)
• Make architectural decisions and design scalable system solutions
• Establish development infrastructure, database structure, and workflows
• Collaborate closely with company leadership and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Build a scalable and robust technology foundation for a growing product
• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews and development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Lead / Team Lead
• Strong experience building systems and products from scratch (end-to-end)
• Hands-on experience with system architecture and design decisions
• Experience working with APIs and cloud-based architectures
• Deep understanding of backend, frontend, and databases
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
