Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Operations & AI Lead to drive the adoption of advanced AI tools, optimize engineering workflows, and improve development quality, efficiency, and governance across the R&D organization.
AI Adoption in Development Processes
- SDLC Optimization: Implement and promote AI-based tools and practices such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and autonomous AI agents to improve coding speed, code review processes, and testing efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in adopting AI tools, applying advanced prompt engineering practices, and training employees on effective AI usage.
- Security & Governance: Ensure the use of AI tools aligns with the organization’s information security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Engineering Operations
- Lead the implementation and adoption of GitHub across the R&D organization.
- Lead and support the DevOps function in developing advanced CI/CD processes.
- Manage versioning, packaging, and deployment processes.
- Build and manage containers, such as Docker.
- Manage software artifacts and artifact repositories.
- Security & Compliance: Implement DevSecOps tools and practices to ensure secure code and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement and optimize Jira and improve the organization’s Scrum processes.
Automated Quality Assurance
- Quality Strategy: Define the organization’s testing methodology, from the design phase through CI/CD integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to ensure optimal test coverage for critical systems.
- Combine UI automation testing with infrastructure-level testing, including APIs, logs, and related system components.
- Use AI tools to support and accelerate the development of automation tests.
