Comblack is hiring a Head of Engineering to lead a digital development !
What will you do?
• Lead the organization’s digital development domain – Web, Mobile, and Backend
• Manage managers, team leads, and development teams
• Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery
• Work in a Microservices, Kubernetes / OpenShift, and Cloud-native environment
• Drive engineering standards, DevOps practices, and Engineering Excellence
• Promote Developer Productivity and implement AI tools within development processes
• Lead large-scale technological transformation initiatives
What are we looking for?
• Proven experience leading complex development organizations
• Experience managing managers and multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong background in architecture, scalability, and modern platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift, CI/CD, and Cloud environments
• Ability to lead change, connect teams, and influence at an organizational level
Significant advantage for candidates with experience in financial or highly regulated environments.
