🔎 About the role:

This position involves leading internal control processes, working with cross-functional teams locally and globally, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Implement and maintain internal control policies across departments

• Build, manage, and monitor control plans

• Review business processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

• Document findings and follow up on corrective actions

• Collaborate with local management and global HQ

• Support cross-functional projects as needed

✅ Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of experience in internal control / SOX / audit (including internships)

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law – mandatory

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems – advantage

• Exposure to IT audit / technology controls – advantage

• High analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication skills

• High level of English
