Join us as our Growth Marketing Manager and help us put this brand on the map. We’re after someone who "gets" the B2B tech world and knows how to make branding and positioning feel effortless. Your main goal will be to establish us in a new category, teaching the industry who we are and why we’re the leaders they’ve been waiting for.

Take the lead on everything from analyst chats and PR to making sure our social media is full of actual insights, not just corporate buzzwords. You'll team up with our SEO folks to keep our rankings high, help us nail down our internal messaging, and keep our brand assets looking top-notch. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a strong thought leadership presence by managing executive social media profiles and crafting compelling content that positions us as the leading voice in the industry.
• Partner with the SEO management team to align content creation with specific search intent, optimizing our presence for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure our solution is highly visible and top-ranked for solution-unaware audiences.
• Engineer high-impact PR campaigns and strategic media outreach that prioritize storytelling over volume, ensuring our narrative is expertly crafted to resonate with the right audience and secure meaningful exposure in top-tier trade publications.
• Identify and secure high-impact speaking engagements on global stages and influential podcasts to strategically build and scale the founder-brand.
• Govern Brand Messaging: Maintain and evolve the company messaging playbook based on ICP insights and real customer pain points gathered from Sales, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.
• Nurture Potential Customers: Develop and execute strategies to keep prospects engaged throughout the buyer journey.
• Lead Website Messaging & UX Execution: Own the website content end-to-end—from defining messaging and structure to creating wireframes, briefing designers on visual direction, coordinating with developers, and ensuring QA aligns with positioning and value.
• Strategize and lead briefing sessions with top-tier industry analysts from leading firms to influence market perception and ensure our solution is positioned as a leader in key industry reports.

• Experienced in building high-performance websites and leading design teams with a focus on user experience.
• Experienced in marketing to DevOps, developers, and technical decision-makers.
• Experienced in writing English content and scripts for video or podcast projects.
• Experienced in managing SEO/GEO initiatives, LinkedIn strategies, and PR agencies.
• Experienced in translating technical concepts into visual briefs and managing the design process.
• Experienced in managing people and collaborating within high-growth startup environments.
