Assistant Controller – Public Real Estate Company

A publicly traded real estate company is seeking a motivated and professional

Assistant Controller to join its finance team.

Position Responsibilities:

 Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with

IFRS and Securities Authority regulations

 Preparation of annual tax returns

 Ongoing support of the accounting department

 Implementation and maintenance of ISOX controls

 Ongoing handling of accounting and reporting matters

 Continuous work and coordination with external auditors

Position Details:

 Full-time position

Requirements:

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

 Internship at one of the BIG 4 accounting firms – advantage

 Experience in the real estate sector – advantage

 High level of proficiency in Excel – mandatory

 Strong interpersonal skills, high analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a

strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
