Corporate Finance Consultant

Deloitte’s Investment Banking team in Israel, part of the Financial Advisory practice at the world’s largest professional services firm, is looking for a Corporate Finance Consultant to join our team.

The role offers hands-on exposure to M&A, capital raising, valuations, and strategic financial analysis, alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.

The role includes:

• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including sell-side engagements, capital raising processes, and other strategic corporate finance transactions
• Preparing business plans, financial models, and company valuations
• Developing investor presentations and other high-quality client-facing materials
• Conducting financial and business analysis to support transaction execution and strategic decision-making
• Working closely with a professional and experienced team on a variety of high-profile engagements
• Taking part in a collaborative environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and development

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raising, Valuation, or related fields – required
• CPA certification – required
• Experience with AI tools or the ability to work effectively with AI-based tools – advantage
• High proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking – required
• High proficiency in Hebrew – reading, writing, and speaking – required
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – required
• Previous experience in writing business plans and preparing investor presentations – advantage
• Strong analytical skills, business understanding, high learning agility, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ambition, curiosity, and willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
