About the Company

Factory Manager Required. Responsible, experienced and with a broad systemic vision.

About the Role

Ongoing management of all factory activities while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for production processes, logistics, quality, safety and operations.
Responsibility for factory facilities.
Maintaining compliance with quality procedures and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Managing and leading a team of workers and managers.
Improving processes and operational efficiency.
Meeting productivity, quality and schedule goals.
Working with internal and external organizational interfaces.
Managing factory budgets.
Responsibility for environmental issues.

Qualifications

Proven previous experience in factory/production management - mandatory.
Managing production processes and performance.
Knowledge and experience in budget management while maintaining balance sheets.
Relevant academic education – an advantage (engineering, industrial management, etc.).
Experience in managing employees and building processes.
Understanding of production processes, logistics and quality.
Ability to lead, manage time and think systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in industry and management/any relevant degree.
Food industry experience required.
