Ongoing management of all factory activities while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for production processes, logistics, quality, safety and operations.
• Responsibility for factory facilities.
• Maintaining compliance with quality procedures and ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Managing and leading a team of workers and managers.
• Improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Meeting productivity, quality and schedule goals.
• Working with internal and external organizational interfaces.
• Managing factory budgets.
• Responsibility for environmental issues.

Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in factory/production management - mandatory.
• Managing production processes and performance.
• Knowledge and experience in budget management while maintaining balance sheets.
• Relevant academic education – an advantage (engineering, industrial management, etc.).
• Experience in managing employees and building processes.
• Understanding of production processes, logistics and quality.
• Ability to lead, manage time and think systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in industry and management/any relevant degree.
• Food industry experience required.
