Deskside Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote IT support services on a dispatch basis. The role involves delivering hands-on technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking issues at customer locations. Assignments will be shared based on engineer availability and project requirements.

• Provide onsite deskside support for end users.
• Perform computer imaging, configuration, and deployment.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Handle break/fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and technical support tasks.
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Resolve escalated IT incidents both onsite and remotely.
• Coordinate with remote support teams and follow ticketing procedures.
• Ensure timely updates and closure of assigned dispatch tickets.
