We are looking for a visionary Director of Software Engineering to lead our growing R&D organization.

You will oversee multiple in-house and partner teams, architecting the platforms that power our edge-AI systems and driving technical excellence across the board.

You’ll work with modern technologies across embedded systems, computer vision, and cloud infrastructure, alongside a strong multidisciplinary team solving complex real-world challenges.

What You’ll Do...

• Lead end-to-end software development activities across multiple teams and partners
• Drive technical architecture across edge devices, backend services, and cloud infrastructure
• Mentor engineers and help build a strong, scalable engineering culture
• Improve development processes, quality standards, CI/CD, and automation practices
• Work closely with Product, QA, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into production-ready solutions
• Stay close to the technology and contribute to key technical decisions when needed

What are we Looking For?

• 7+ years of software development experience, including leadership or architectural responsibilities
• Strong hands-on expertise in C++ and Python
• Experience building distributed or high-performance systems
• Advantage: Background in Computer Vision, real-time systems, or AI-based applications
• Experience working with cross-functional, distributed, or offshore teams
• A practical, execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect technology with business needs
