ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're building an enterprise-grade access governance platform that solves over-privilege and policy sprawl in multi-tenant cloud environments — the quiet, expensive, persistent problem at the heart of every regulated SaaS and cloud business.
Our architecture introduces dual-sided, attribute-enriched tagging applied symmetrically to both principals (human or workload) and target resources, evaluated in real-time by a cryptographically isolated, tenant-specific policy engine. The result: granular zero-trust authorization, strict tenant segregation, and rapid policy evolution without service downtime.
We're entering the access governance and identity security market at a moment when zero-trust is moving from buzzword to mandate, regulated industries are demanding cryptographic tenant isolation, and existing IAM and ABAC platforms are buckling under the complexity of modern multi-tenant SaaS architectures. Financial trading walls, healthcare EHR systems, and enterprise SaaS platforms all need what we're building — and the incumbents aren't equipped to deliver it.
This is a co-founding opportunity for a commercial and strategic leader who wants to own what they build. As a founding member, you'll hold meaningful equity and shape every dimension of the company, from vision and fundraising to go-to-market and team culture, from day one.

THE ROLE
As CEO & Co-Founder, you will own the company's vision, narrative, capital strategy, and commercial trajectory. You'll turn a category-defining cybersecurity architecture into a fundable, scalable, enterprise-trusted business — partnering closely with the CTO and the founding team to translate technology into design partner deployments, CISO relationships, and enterprise revenue.
Your core responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic roadmap.
- Lead all fundraising efforts — from pre-seed through Series A and beyond — including investor narrative, pitch deck, data room, and due diligence.
- Build and own investor relationships with cybersecurity-focused VCs, enterprise infrastructure funds, strategic corporate investors (cloud platforms, identity providers, security incumbents), family offices, and mission-aligned angels.
- Drive commercial strategy: design partner acquisition, CISO engagement, enterprise SaaS pilots, and partnership-led distribution into regulated industries.
- Own strategic relationships with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity providers (Okta, Microsoft, Ping), and enterprise SaaS ecosystem partners.
- Architect go-to-market strategy across financial services, healthcare, government and defense, and large enterprise SaaS — the four highest-pull verticals for zero-trust governance.
- Lead corporate development and strategic alliance strategy with major identity, security, and cloud incumbents.
- Recruit, retain, and lead a founding team across commercial, security, product, and operations functions.
- Build and manage the board of directors and security/industry advisory board — including CISO-level advisors who shape enterprise credibility.
- Represent the company publicly — RSA Conference, Black Hat, Gartner Security Summit, AWS re:Inforce, press, and investor communications.
- Partner with the CTO on product-market fit, pricing strategy, and IP commercialization.
- Own P&L, runway management, financial planning, and operational rigor from day one.

REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO, COO, Chief Commercial Officer, or GM role in cybersecurity, identity and access management, enterprise infrastructure, or regulated B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of raising institutional capital — ideally across multiple rounds — with active relationships in the cybersecurity and enterprise infrastructure investor ecosystem.
- Deep commercial experience selling enterprise security or infrastructure software into Fortune 1000 buyers — with direct CISO, CIO, and Chief Architect engagement at scale.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security buying cycles, procurement processes, security review gates, and stakeholder mapping across security, IT, compliance, and engineering functions.
- Experience scaling a security or enterprise infrastructure SaaS company through significant ACV and ARR growth — six- and seven-figure deal sizes, multi-year contracts, and enterprise renewal motions.
- Working knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR) and how they shape commercial strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance commercial teams from the ground up.
- Exceptional communication skills — you can hold your own with CISOs, investors, board members, regulators, and engineers alike.
- Strategic, commercially sharp, and financially literate — comfortable with unit economics, cap tables, runway modeling, and board governance.
- Startup "zero-to-one" mindset — you thrive with ambiguity, scarce resources, and the long sales cycles that enterprise security demands.
- Fluent English. Additional languages and international enterprise market experience are a strong plus.

NICE TO HAVE
- Prior founding experience with a successful exit or meaningful fundraising track record in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise SaaS.
- Existing network of relationships with cybersecurity VCs, strategic corporate investors, and Fortune 1000 CISO-level executives.
- Background at a leading IAM, PAM, cloud security, or zero-trust company (Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Saviynt, HashiCorp, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, CrowdStrike).
- Experience navigating FedRAMP authorization, public sector security sales, or government and defense procurement.
- Background selling into financial services or healthcare verticals, where access governance pull is strongest.
- Experience with channel partnerships and ecosystem distribution through cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, GCP Marketplace).
- MBA or advanced degree in business, computer science, or a relevant field (not required — track record matters more).
