Communications Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Satellite Communications Systems Engineer to join the Space Division within the Missile & Space Systems Group at Israel Aerospace Industries.

The position includes:

• Defining and specifying RF and communication solutions within satellite systems, while taking ownership of system-level design

• Analyzing and solving complex RF and radio system design challenges involving advanced signal processing and communication architectures

• Performing system integration, RF testing, and performance analysis of designed systems

• Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Systems Engineering, Mechanics, Wiring, Thermal Engineering, and subcontractors

• Participating in technical design reviews and producing system documentation

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Mandatory, or extensive proven experience in RF and radio systems – Mandatory

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership of tasks

• RF/Communication coursework – Advantage

• Familiarity with RF test equipment – Advantage

• Experience in satellite systems – Advantage

• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory

• Graduates with excellent academic performance and strong motivation to specialize in RF and satellite communications are also welcome
