A leading brokerage firm working with institutional investors, public companies, and hedge funds is seeking a Research Department Manager for a key and impactful role at the core of the company’s business activity.
This position combines leading research and analytical activities alongside managing and strengthening relationships with investors, investment managers, public companies, and strategic clients in Israel and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the research and analysis function
- Prepare market reviews, professional materials, and market insights
- Work closely with institutional investors, hedge funds, and sophisticated investors
- Manage relationships with investors and public companies
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Collaborate closely with company management, the trading desk, and business units
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading, and investment products — mandatory
- Experience working with institutional investors and/or public companies — mandatory
- Significant experience in financial research/analysis and writing professional materials — mandatory
- Extensive experience in the capital markets
- High level of English proficiency (reading and speaking; writing less critical)
