Senior Product Manager - Marketing Automation & Partnerships

SkyCash is Poland’s leading mobility payment application. With over 15 years of experience, we simplify urban life for millions of users every day - providing intuitive solutions for parking, public transport, tolls, and trains, eliminating queues and paper tickets.

We operate across both B2C and B2B markets, serving individual commuters, small business owners, and corporate fleet managers. While our roots and headquarters are in Poland, we are growing our dedicated team in Israel and looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join us.

We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead two high-impact areas of our consumer product: marketing automation and gated parking partnerships. You will own the full product lifecycle for these domains - from strategy and discovery through execution and iteration - working closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and external partners.

Own Marketing Automation:

•      Design and implement advanced marketing automation flows using Braze and native tooling across the full consumer journey.

•      Drive personalised engagement through push notifications, geolocation and geofencing triggers, in-app messages, content cards, and banners.

•      Define segmentation strategies, A/B test frameworks, and lifecycle messaging to grow activation, retention, and monetisation.

•      Collaborate with marketing and data teams to measure campaign performance, iterate rapidly, and surface actionable insights.

Lead Gated Parking Partner Onboarding:

•      Drive the ongoing process of onboarding new gated parking lot partners into the SkyCash app offering.

•      Serve as the primary product point of contact for partners, aligning their operational requirements with our technical capabilities.

•      Define and maintain integration requirements, working closely with engineering to deliver reliable, scalable partner connections.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

•      Translate business goals into clear, prioritised product requirements and roadmaps.

•      Work hand-in-hand with developers, designers, and marketing in a cross-functional, international environment.

•      Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders clearly and confidently.

•      Experience: At least 5 years of proven product management experience in a B2C-first company.

•      Marketing Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable platforms (e.g. Leanplum, CleverTap, MoEngage); deep familiarity with push notifications, in-app messaging, content cards, and location-based triggers (geolocation/geofencing).

•      Consumer Mindset: A genuine obsession with understanding users - their motivations, habits, and pain points - and turning those insights into impactful product decisions.

•      Analytical Rigour: Comfort working with data, defining metrics, running experiments, and drawing clear conclusions to guide product direction.

•      Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Experience working with external partners and managing relationships across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

•      Communication: Excellent verbal and written English for collaboration with our international teams in Poland and Israel.

•      AI Proficiency: Actively uses AI tools to accelerate research, spec writing, analysis, and day-to-day workflows.

•      Experience in a mobility, fintech, or payments product.

•      Familiarity with parking, transit, or urban mobility ecosystems.

•      Experience with B2B partner onboarding or integration product work alongside a B2C core.

•      Polish language skills (a bonus, not a requirement).
