Manufacturing Engineer

Benatav, a leading manufacturer of miniature components for the medical device industry, is looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team and lead advanced production processes in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

• Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, including root cause analysis, engineering change orders (ECO), yield improvement, and cost reduction.
• Develop, validate, and implement efficient and stable manufacturing and assembly processes in compliance with medical regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
• Design and develop production fixtures, jigs, and engineering tools to improve quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Create work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and maintenance documentation.
• Prepare technical drawings and material specifications.
• Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and transfer products from R&D to mass production while collaborating closely with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Work with Quality Assurance on validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive systematic problem-solving.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept to execution.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – חובה
• 3+ years of experience as a Production / Manufacturing Engineer – חובה
• Proven experience leading engineering changes and ECO processes – חובה
• Hands-on experience designing fixtures and jigs using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) – חובה
• Experience with NPI and transferring products from development to production – significant advantage
• Experience working with PLM / ERP systems for BOM and configuration management – advantage

• Strong attention to detail combined with a broad systems perspective
• Hands-on approach, independence, and end-to-end ownership
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative engineering solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English
