An expert Frontend and Full Stack consulting and services agency. We’re growing and looking for additional developers to join our outstanding team.

Most of our clients are Israeli and international startups with whom we work in great collaboration while acting as their Frontend team or taking ownership of their entire R&D operation as a Full-Stack team.

Our current openings are for Senior Frontend or Full Stack developers. This person will support multiple developers/teams and use their experience to solve mission-critical challenges elegantly, address design problems, and pave ways for smart and elegant software architecture.

This role is a unique opportunity that combines technology leadership, problem-solving, and harnessing one's personality for the betterment of the people around them and, as such - will be tailored and adjusted for the person joining Webiya.

We don't like to define one's seniority by years of experience. Instead, we define seniority by hands-on experience building scalable systems with great engineering behind them. We believe that AI is fundamentally shifting the landscape of software engineering, and we embrace it fully. At Webiya, we don't just use AI as a gimmick—it is a core pillar of our daily development process.

• The Philosophy: We place an immensely high value on deep technical knowledge and rock-solid software architecture. Using AI doesn't excuse you from knowing how to write great code. In fact, you need to be an expert developer capable of hand-crafting complex logic on your own, just so you can rigorously code-review what the AI generates. The goal is to produce flawless code as if it were meticulously written by hand.
• The Workflow: In practice, our team relies heavily on modern AI tools. Most of our devs haven't hand-written a line of standard code from scratch in the past year. We expect you to ship high-quality code efficiently, mainly by leveraging next-generation tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• The Goal: We want your brainpower focused on high-level design, edge cases, and orchestration. If you possess the deep engineering fundamentals to critique and steer AI-generated code to perfection, you will thrive here.

1. Initial Sync: We start with a short 45-minute online interview, during which we will write code together.
2. Deep Dive: If the previous step was successful and we both liked our interaction, you will be invited for a full 2-hour in-depth technical interview.
