We are recruiting a Senior R&D Manager for an organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage development teams, including professional mentoring and technological leadership
- Work hands-on developing systems based on .NET / .NET Core and React
- Design architecture for Cloud and Microservices-based systems
- Integrate advanced AI tools and Generative AI solutions into development processes
- Work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders while driving Delivery and continuous improvement processes
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience managing development teams
- Significant hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, React, and SQL Server
- Experience designing architecture for complex systems and Microservices
- Experience and strong understanding of AI / Generative AI environments, including AI development tools such as: Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
