Role Description
We are looking for a visionary, results-driven, and highly strategic Head of Business Development to join our executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the company's growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion initiatives across B2B (Corporate) and B2G (Government) sectors.
As the Head of Business Development, you will lead, scale, and inspire our Sales and Marketing teams, aligning their efforts to build a robust pipeline, close high-value deals, and elevate the Elevation brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of scaling business operations from strategy to execution, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s global business development, sales, and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Multi-Sector Growth: Drive market penetration and custom-tailored strategies across diverse segments:
- B2B: Scale corporate clients, enterprise sales, and upskilling programs.
- B2G: Navigate government tenders, public sector relationships, and large-scale national initiatives.
- Partnerships: Build and optimize strategic partnerships and provider networks.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale the Sales and Marketing departments, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and marketing campaigns to complex negotiations and closing high-stakes deals.
- Executive Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO, Operations leadership and product teams to align market demands with Elevation’s offerings and long-term vision.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and utilize data to optimize sales cycles and marketing ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles, preferably within Education Services companies.
- Track Record: Proven experience driving growth across B2B and B2G sectors (experience with government tenders and large enterprises is a major advantage).
- Leadership Skills: A proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional teams (Sales & Marketing).
- Mindset: A unique blend of high-level strategic thinking and a "hands-on", execution-oriented approach.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Languages: Native-level fluency in Hebrew and professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
