We’re looking for a project-based Operations Manager to join DataSeeds.AI and ensure our customers have a seamless experience while helping us scale our operations.

This role will work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations teams to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, support customer onboarding, and help scale the company’s operations as we grow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operational processes
• Coordinate cross-functional work between Sales and Operations teams
• Assist with customer onboarding and ongoing operational needs
• Help manage customer accounts.
• Ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey
• Assist with customer communication and day-to-day support activities
• Coordinate and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactively identify issues and support problem-solving initiatives
• Maintain high attention to detail while handling operational and customer-related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Operations, Customer Support, Project Coordination, or a similar role
• Internship or experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English written and spoken
