Hands On Software team Leader

⭐We're looking for the next star on our team:  Hands On Software team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the fields of computational geometry, real-time safety systems, and video processing, using modern C++ and software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing the software team tasks and priorities.
• Designing and implementing core system features and components.
• Design and implementation of algorithms in computational geometry.
• Refactoring and improving existing code.
• Reviewing code and leading technical discussions.
• Overall Software performance and function according to requirements. 

Basic Requirements:

• Computer Science degree from leading universities.
• +10 years of Hands-On experience in Modern C++ / OOP / Software architecture/ computational geometry.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a software team leader.
• Proven experience in development of multidisciplinary systems including hardware and software components.
• Strong Team leadership capabilities.
• Startup experience – an advantage.
• Creative, innovative, with CAN DO approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience, or familiarity, in one or more of the following:

• C++20 features.
• Networking fundamentals and network programming concepts.
• gRPC and Protobuf.
• Graphics-related engines and APIs (DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL)
• Video processing and computer vision.
• UI programming (Flutter - Dart).
• 3D scene management and spatial data structures (scene graph, collisions, transformations).
