Your role will include:
Monitoring and controlling construction, maintenance, and energy budgets at significant scales (tens to hundreds of millions of shekels)
Reviewing and approving orders against budget
Preparing budget requests and supplements
Providing professional support to project managers in budget management
Preparing periodic reports for decision-making and status updates
Leading and supporting the development and improvement of operational support systems
Skills and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / other relevant field – required
Minimum three years of experience leading / monitoring and controlling budgets at significant scales
Professional experience in construction and/or infrastructure – significant advantage
Familiarity with Tafnit and Monday.com systems – advantage
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal
Full proficiency in Office applications and technological orientation, with emphasis on Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibility, initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
Accuracy, discretion, service orientation, and strong interpersonal communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to work beyond standard hours when required
