Product Manager

Factory 54 is a global fashion and lifestyle group, headquartered in Tel Aviv and Amsterdam, with extensive operations across Israel and Europe. Part of the Irani Group, the company employs approximately 2,000 people and is a leading force in luxury fashion and lifestyle retail in Israel. The group represents more than 150 international fashion, footwear, accessories, and beauty brands, alongside a wide network of flagship stores, an advanced e-commerce platform, premium customer experience operations, and a nationwide café network.

Nearly all of the company’s core operations are managed in-house from an innovative headquarters of approximately 450 employees across technology, development, R&D, digital, HR, e-commerce, commercial, logistics, finance, marketing, and content. The company also operates an advanced technology division of over 30 developers, driving innovation and smart retail and e-commerce solutions.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing organization in a role that combines product thinking with operational execution. This position is highly data-driven and focused on optimizing, streamlining, and improving organizational workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and define business process needs and gaps across departments, including deep learning of existing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Design optimized workflows and operational solutions, including researching products, technologies, and industry best practices to address organizational challenges.
• Plan and manage implementation projects for approved solutions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including purchasing, logistics, marketing, and more.
• Provide data analysis and operational insights by collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data to support decision-making and process improvement.
• Document and support implementation of new workflows and ensure knowledge accessibility across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong self-learning capabilities with a proven ability to quickly learn new domains, technologies, and work methodologies independently.
• Experience working with technological systems, management platforms, or complex digital tools.
• Strong project and task management skills with the ability to manage end-to-end processes across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Previous experience working closely with development teams, including technical understanding and the ability to define product and technical requirements.
• High Gen AI literacy, including hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and analyze information.
• Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to derive insights and connect data to business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive adoption of new processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing technology-related projects.
• Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as Monday and Asana.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to perform practical system configurations, build simple automations, and solve operational challenges in real time.
