Senior CRM Systems Analyst | Jerusalem
A large and stable organization is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Systems Analyst to join strategic projects involving internal enterprise systems based on CRM and Cloud platforms.
Responsibilities- Analyze and design complex business and information systems
- Gather requirements and produce functional and technical specification documents
- Collaborate closely with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders
- Support development processes and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in large-scale projects and mission-critical enterprise systems
- Work within Cloud environments and advanced CRM platforms
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis
- Proven experience analyzing and designing CRM-based processes and solutions
- Experience working on Cloud-based projects and environments
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI tools
- Strong analytical skills and a broad system-level perspective
- Development background – significant advantage
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or Practical Engineering diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Advanced professional training and certifications in Information Systems, aligned with the role requirements
