Attorney – Corporate Restructuring & Capital Markets - position no. 1639

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and regulatory enforcement in areas such as corporate restructuring, capital markets transactions, and trusts related to investments in companies.
• Draft agreements and legal documentation.
• Work closely and collaboratively with various internal departments.
• Handle legal and regulatory aspects related to income tax matters.
• Provide legal counsel and maintain direct communication with clients and investors.
• Liaise with law firms, investment companies, and shareholders.
• Support and manage transaction operations.

Qualifications:

• LL.B degree and valid Israeli Bar Association license – mandatory.
• Qualified attorney with internship/background in commercial law – mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and collaborate across interfaces.
