Commercial Account Executive – Dimond Business Unit

Description: The Dimond Business Unit - Commercial Lines employees work in a team approach with the Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners. They place new business and service existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 |

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
• Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
• Provide high quality service responding to requests and answering coverage questions
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations
• Collect information in order to renew existing policies
• Label and file electroinc mail
• Keep accurate and detailed records within the agency management system
• Proven understanding and following of SOPs and Best Practices
• Promote excellent customer service throughout the whole company
  
  

Position Requirements

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License within 60 days of hire
• Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources
• High-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail
• Professional and positive attitude
• Team player that collaborates well with others
