Menora Mivtachim is hiring a System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team!
We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on System Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft environments, both On-Prem and Cloud.
This role includes leading infrastructure projects, maintaining critical internal systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and working with enterprise-scale technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Microsoft infrastructure projects
- Maintain and support critical organizational systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Work hands-on with enterprise IT environments and core infrastructure components
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure and IT teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT systems in Microsoft On-Prem and Cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
- Proven experience with:
o Active Directory
o ADFS
o DHCP
o IIS
o Certificate Authority (CA)
o Kerberos
- Experience with Virtualization technologies (advantage for Nutanix)
- Strong teamwork and service-oriented mindset
Advantage
- Experience writing scripts / automation
