We are seeking an experienced IT professional with deep System Engineering and Architecture expertise to join large-scale, enterprise-level infrastructure initiatives. This role is focused on designing, leading, and supporting complex multi-domain IT environments across leading organizations.

About the Role

• Lead architecture, design, and technical planning of complex enterprise IT infrastructure projects
• Design end-to-end solutions across compute, networking, cybersecurity, and Disaster Recovery environments
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture and engineering designs
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation including HLD, LLD, and system design artifacts
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues in distributed, multi-layered environments
• Work closely with multiple technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Define and drive infrastructure vision and support technological innovation at the organizational level

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a System Engineer / IT Architect / Pre-Sale engineer in Enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-system infrastructure projects
• Experience producing technical documentation including HLD, LLD, and architecture specifications
• Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including compute, networking, cybersecurity, and DR
• Strong understanding of storage systems, operating systems, virtualization, Big Data, and DR architectures- mandatory
• Experience with On-Prem architecture design
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including senior interfaces
• Relevant certifications- advantage
• Background in technological military units- advantage

Location: Haifa area

Hybrid model- up to two days per week from central Israel sites and/or remote work from home
