Priority ERP Implementer

A leading commercial organization with operations across sales, service, and logistics is looking for an experienced Priority ERP Implementer to join its Information Systems team in Petah Tikva.

This role includes leading the analysis, implementation, and deployment of the Priority ERP system across core business processes, working closely with users, conducting training, troubleshooting system issues, and improving existing business workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and gather requirements from end users
• Write functional specification documents and lead end-to-end implementations
• Implement and support Priority modules in areas such as Sales, Service, Inventory, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance
• Conduct user training, support go-live processes, and provide on-site implementation support
• Troubleshoot system issues, maintain ongoing system functionality, and improve business processes
• Work with interfaces and integrations with external systems
• Collaborate with the Information Systems team, end users, and external vendors as needed

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Priority ERP systems — not only user-level support or system usage
• Proven experience working directly with users, gathering requirements, and leading implementation processes
• Experience writing functional specifications and business requirement documents
• Experience implementing business modules such as Sales, Service, Inventory, Finance, Purchasing, or Operations
• Experience with user training, onboarding, implementation support, and troubleshooting
• Full-time availability to work on-site in Petah Tikva (no hybrid work model)

Advantages:

• Formal training or certification in Priority implementation
• Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
• Experience with BI, reports, SQL, or report generators
• Experience working with interfaces and integrations
• Experience in commercial, retail, logistics, or operational organizations

Conditions:

• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday
• On-site role in Petah Tikva (no hybrid)
